On this day, Saturday, 19th July 2025 @ exactly 6:45 pm, a delegate election was duly conducted by the Board of Council Directors. The election followed three hours deliberations and consultations and was organized with the aim of nominating the interim President to pilot the affairs of NYWC.
Following due process and in accordance with guiding principles of the council. I Rotr. Amb. Odika Uzochukwu Franklin Chairman Board of Directors pleased to announce that Advance Comrade Okechuwku Amaonwu has emerged as the pioneer President NYWC.
He shall henceforth assume leadership of the council and oversees its operations and activities for a period of two yrs.
We look forward for a progressive and impactful administration under his visionary leadership.
